Rental Agreement

• All rentals are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing.
• The rental period begins upon delivery and ends upon scheduled pickup.
• Extensions must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and may be subject to additional fees.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and electronic transfers.
• Late payments may result in service interruptions or additional fees.

Delivery & Setup

• Our team will deliver and install the porta potties at the designated location.
• The client must provide a safe, accessible area for placement.
• Any relocation of units must be approved by our team to avoid damage or additional fees.

Usage Guidelines

• The client is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper use of the units.
• No hazardous or illegal materials should be disposed of in the units.
• Damage, vandalism, or excessive wear may result in additional charges.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 72 hours before delivery are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 72 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be issued for early termination of rental unless due to service-related issues.

Liability & Damages

• The client assumes responsibility for any damage, theft, or loss of the rented units during the rental period.
• Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed, and repair costs may apply.

Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Arizona.
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within Arizona.
